Troubleshooting
If you have an issue, do the following:
• Switch the phone off, and remove the battery. After about a
minute, put the battery back in, and switch the phone on again.
• Update your phone software: Select settings and phone > device
updates.
• Restore the original factory settings: End all calls and connections,
and select settings and restore factory sett. > settings only.
If your issue remains unsolved, contact Nokia for repair options at
www.nokia.com/support. Before sending your phone for repair, back
up your data, as all personal data in your phone may be deleted.
