Overview of the functions of the phone The Nokia 3220 phone provides many functions that are practical for daily use, such as a calendar, a clock, an alarm clock, and a built-in camera. The camera can be used for recording video clips and taking pictures that you can, for example, attach as wallpaper in standby mode or as thumbnail pictures in Contacts.
The service provider may provide a PIN that is needed to save the settings. For more information on the availability of the settings, contact your network operator, service provider or nearest authorised Nokia dealer.

PC Suite contains the following applications (in alphabetical order): • HTML Help to support the application usage. • Nokia 3220 data modem drivers enable you to use your phone as a modem. • Nokia Application Installer to install J2ME Java applications from a compatible PC to the phone, for example games and dictionaries.
• Nokia PC Sync to synchronise contacts, calendar and to-do notes between your phone and a compatible PC. • Nokia Phone Browser to view the contents of the Gallery folder of your phone on a compatible PC. You can browse picture and audio files and also modify files in the phone’s memory and transfer files between your phone and PC.
The battery can be charged and discharged hundreds of times but it will eventually wear out. When the talk and standby times are noticeably shorter than normal, buy a new battery. Use only Nokia approved batteries, and recharge your battery only with Nokia approved chargers designated for this device.
Use the device only in its normal operating positions. To maintain compliance with radio frequency exposure guidelines only use enhancements approved by Nokia for use with this device. When the device is on and being worn on the body, always use an approved holder or carrying case.
