d. Disconnect the eDP and display cables from the connector on the back of the display panel [2, , 4, 6].
Installing the display panel
For touch systems perform following steps.
NOTE:
1. To install the display panel for touch systems:
a. Place the display panel on a flat surface.
b. Connect the eDP and display cables to the connector on the back of the display panel and affix the adhesive tape.
c. Turn the display assembly over.
d. Align the display panel with the tabs on the display assembly.
e. Press the edges of the display panel to secure it to the display assembly.

palmrest
d.
keyboard
e.
hard drive
f.
base cover
g.
battery
h.
battery cover
3. Follow the procedure in

Removing the display bracket
For non touch systems perform following steps.
