    Installation The appliance needs ventilation The integrated door of the furniture cabinet largely seals the installation recess. i-appliances must therefore be provided with ventilation by having an opening in the furniture plinth.     Important! High ambient temperatures (e.g. on hot summer days) and a cold set- ting on the temperature regulator (position "5" to "6") can cause the compressor to run continuously. Reason: During prolonged periods of abnormally hot weather, if the thermostat is set on too high a number, the cooling system may ope- rate continuously and the fridge cooling plate may not defrost.
