Troubleshooting
What you
experience
Connect mDP cable
with source and
monitor, the monitor
can't detect signal
Connect DUT with
mDP cable to the
platform. Do a
Platform Sleep/
Wake. Platform will
hang
When you connect
the HDMI cable
and mDP cable to
monitor, connect
HDMI cable to
platform and
display normally,
then connect mDP
cable to platform.
The signal can't
automatically to
mDP signal
Possible solutions
• Go to OSD menu under input source
selection, press and hold mDP joystick
middle key for 8 seconds to switch DP1.4.
• If your platform is DP1.4 graphic card and
suggest to go to OSD menu under input
source selection, press and hold mDP
joystick middle key for 8 seconds to switch
DP1.4.
• Unplug and plug the mDP cable from
monitor side.
• Go to OSD menu and enter input source
select mDP manually.
