Setting Up Your Studio XPS Desktop Lifting Your Computer To ensure safety and to avoid any damage to your computer, lift it by holding the lift points in the front and back of your computer.
Setting Up Your Studio XPS Desktop Before Setting Up Your Computer When positioning your computer, ensure that you allow easy access to a power source, adequate ventilation, and a level surface to place your computer. Restricting airflow around your computer may cause it to overheat.
You can purchase the DVI‑to‑VGA adapter, HDMI‑to‑DVI adapter, and additional HDMI or DVI cables on the Dell website at www.dell.com. Use the appropriate cable based on the connectors available on your computer and display.

Starting Dell Diagnostics From Your Hard Drive The Dell Diagnostics is located on a hidden diagnostic utility partition on your hard drive.
